what to do when stressed

When I am worried about something, the first thing I do is take a deep breath and again a deep breath and put both my hands on my face.

Later I take deep breath 30 times slowly, now I pick up my mobile and go to wordpress app and write all my stress in it, everyone reads my words, gives feedback and advice, just I become worry free. ❤❤🙏🏿🙏🏿❤😄😄
