mix vegetable

chopped capsicum 2

finely chopped onion

shredded carrots

sliced potatoes

chopped tomatoes

Add salt to all the vegetables and keep them for some time.

Pour a little oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, onions and fry till golden brown.

Now put chopped green chilies in it and cook all the vegetables covered for a while.

5 मिनट के बाद आप देखेंगे कि सब्जी पक चुकी है अब इसमे हरि धनिया डालकर सर्व करें

It tastes great with all rotis, parathas, dal rice, puris
