Semolina Pudding Recipe
Semolina 100 grams, Butter 100 grams, Sugar two tablespoons, small cardamom and some chopped dry fruits, nuts, raisins, cashew nuts, walnuts chopped
First put butter in a pan and roast semolina until it turns brown, when semolina is roasted then add water and sugar to it.
Cook it for a while and add powdered cardamom and dry fruits to it and serve it hot and eat it yourself.

How to make Semolina Upma for two
One capsicum, green chili, one onion, curry leaves, one teaspoon mustard seeds,
Fry a small potato, semolina a little in refined oil, after that add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilly, and an onion in the pan and fry till golden and add a chopped potato in it, cover and cook for two minutes and when cooked add half a cup of water and mix well
Eat Upma with Onion, Cucumber and Green Chopped Coriander
Semolina pudding and upma is good for health and gets digested quickly, it contains vegetables and is made in very little oil, oil is harmful to our health.
