What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?
1,,,First of all, we should eat digestible food which we can easily digest.
2,,,We should take protein, vitamin food like green vegetables, fruits, milk, etc.
3,,,We should eat fibrous food, eat fibrous fruits, fruits should not be eaten in large quantities
4,,We should not consume too much sugar, salt, white flour, red chilli etc.
5,,,We should not use too much oil because oil has a bad effect on our digestion.
6,,If we want to be healthy, then we should not consume drugs because they have a bad effect on both our physical and mental health.
7,,,Medicines should not be consumed too much, some people start consuming medicines in slight discomfort.
8 ,,,Some fruits and salads should be eaten before eating.
9,,, Food should not be eaten in a hurry, food should be eaten comfortably in a peaceful manner so that the food gets digested.
10 ,,सुबह नाश्ता जरूर करना चाहिए, दोपहर मे खाना अच्छी तरह से खाना चाहिए और रात मे जल्दी और हल्का खाना खाना चाहिए, खाना जब भूख लगे तभी खाना चाहिए,
