
Sometimes it is often seen that we become very distracted, sometimes it seems that we have lost life and now there is nothing left in life and now we do not want anything.
Often we start doing some work reluctantly, we see many obstacles and we leave that work midway.
Sometimes we get so distracted that we consider loneliness as our enemy and we don’t understand any situation if we don’t feel like it.
We find a solution to that also because all that happens only for a short period of time and we get disinterested because we are not able to understand any situation.
To get away from this, we should listen to music, if we dance for some time then it is even better if we sit with a favorite friend or a loved one for some time.
One should watch some comedy serials or roam around for a while and sit at a religious place for a while in an emotional state.
Or we should get lost in meditation for a while, read some enlightening books or listen to some satsang.
You should prepare a little dish of your choice and eat it.
We should not be sad about any old thing because this also makes the mind restless and we do not feel like doing any work.
We should do some painting or make something. Loneliness also makes our mind sad. Children go to study, start working, or after marriage they do not have time left for us. This also makes us sad but we have to think. We should understand that the world does not run according to our wish, everyone has their own life.
