walking and dancing

What are your favorite physical activities or exercises?

I love to wake up in the morning and take a walk. Every day I take a leisurely walk on my terrace for some time.

I calmly put aside all my thoughts for a while and start walking.

I love dancing. When no one is home, I play my favorite songs in my small speaker and dance for a while.

I don’t know how to dance but still I like my dance very much

Dancing and walking removes all the stress and also gives some relief to the body.

  1. Dancing is great exercise. Just moving your feet is dancing. Everyone knows how to dance!
