What is the greatest gift someone could give you?

I was alone at home and very young. All the members of my family had passed away. They did not take me. My brothers and sisters had gone to my aunt’s place. Aunt had already taken them.

It was very late for my family to come, it was night, my food items were also kept, milk and bread were kept, mother had kept them for me to eat, I remained comfortably alone during the day.

I didn’t know how to light a match at that time

It was night and my family did not come and what should I do now?

I was very afraid of cats, cats would often enter my house.

Now even the lights had gone out and it was dark all around.

Now I don’t know how to light matches

Mom had kept milk and bread for me to eat.

I had kept a lamp and matches were also there but I was very afraid of fire.

But I had to light the lamp otherwise the cat would have entered the house.

At first I started crying loudly

But what’s the use of me crying, I had to burn the matchstick.

Now I was sitting with a matchstick, I lit one match but it got extinguished, now I started crying again, like this the match kept getting extinguished and I kept crying.

Suddenly I felt like lighting a fire, my fear was over now and I lit the matchbox and lamp and also closed the back door.

And I sat and ate food and sat comfortably in the chair.

This experience taught me that there is victory ahead of fear.
