What positive events have taken place in your life over the past year?
When I got sick, I felt very alone
But when I thought that maybe I can never get well by staying in bed and my loneliness was the cause of my biggest illness
My whole body ached and I was in extreme pain
I had pain in my stomach too
Maybe I caused this pain myself by remembering some past things that were not useful
I realized that maybe the memories I had remembered were making me sick, and I pushed them out of my mind for a while.
Now I am starting to blog
I listened to the discourses of some great saints.
I heard some good songs which had slow music and I enjoyed listening to them a lot.
I started watering the trees
started reading some good books
My feelings
