What are your favorite physical activities or exercises?
There are many activities that can be done like running, singing, cycling and many more but I like walking the most.
What matters is that if we do any activity in a peaceful manner then it is beneficial for us
Let us take some time for our life and to find some happiness and lighten our mind
I like to take a walk on my rooftop for a while.
I am a housewife and I stay at home all day doing household chores.
Sometimes I get very bored and don’t get time to go to the park or any ground. The whole day is spent in cooking, cleaning the house and many other things.
So I take a peaceful walk on my terrace and stay happy
