thinking power

What’s a moment that made you realize you were stronger than you thought?

The most important thing is that I know my true direction.

I am not that strong from inside because I have a lot of problems.

But I still have the strength to deal with problems.

If one of my problems is solved, I feel relieved.

  1. That’s a powerful realization Anupama —and you’ve already lived it. Knowing your true direction, even while carrying problems, is a form of strength that’s easy to overlook. You don’t have to feel invincible inside to be resilient. The fact that you keep showing up, dealing with things one by one, and feeling relief when something lifts… that’s exactly how real strength works. It’s not about being unshaken—it’s about continuing to move forward, even when you feel heavy. Be proud of that quiet, steady courage. You’re stronger than you give yourself credit for.
